A씨는 올해 4월 20일 0시 30분께 인천시 미추홀구 자택에서 아들 C(51)씨의 머리를 술병으로 때린 뒤
수건으로 목을 졸라 살해한 혐의로 구속 기소됐다.
하지만
1심과 항소심에서 잇따라 무죄를 선고받았다.
