Witness testimony report
위의 사람은 일체불상자에 대한 상해 피의사건에 관하여 2022. 9. 9. 14시 A경찰서 **지구대에 임의 출석하여 다음과 같이 진술하다.
The above person has voluntarily come to the --- police station in relation to the suspected crime of injury to an unknown person and testified the following.
위의 조서를 통역인을 통하여 진술자에게 열람하게 하였던 바(읽어준 바) 진술한 대로 오기나 증감·변경할 것이 전혀 없다고 말하므로 통역인과 같이 간인한 후 서명(기명날인)하게 하다.
The testifier has read (been read) the above report through the interpreter and states that there are no errors or any additions or subtractions to make to the testimony. Seal, print name and signature with the interpreter
